6. Why are there white stains on my nail?

  • Although uncommon, these white stains stem from imperfections in the nail. Although harmless, they should fade away with time as moisture enters the nail.

7. How do I remove Nail Jail?

  • If for whatever reason Nail Jailmust be removed, use the Nail Cuticle pusher to raise an edge ever so slightly and squeeze some of the provided  Nail Debonder into the gap.
  • The Debonder should spread and Nail Jail should be ready to come off in 5-10 minutes.
  • Nail Polish Remover/Acetone can be used as a debonder substitute.

8. How long should Nail Jail last?

  • Duration will depend on proper application and proper care. Nail Jail should withstand everyday life but will give out if bitten or picked at consistently.
  • Through proper care, Nail Jail will last 2-4 weeks–plenty of time to see results and start breaking the nail biting habit!
